t Puckjunkie we pride ourselves on the fact that we answer each email
personally (really!). The drawback of this is that during really busy
periods (generally the month before the season starts, and the week before
the playoffs) and the times when we are sleeping (midnight to 9 AM Pacific
time) we may not be as prompt with our responses as we would like.
Generally, if we don't answer within a 12 hour period, it means that your
note has disappeared into cyberspace, but give us 24 hours before you email
us again (we come close to doing this 24/7, but not always!). Thanks for
your patience.
