We commit to you not to sell, exchange or share in any way names or any other information about our online customers with third parties.  The only information we collect and store during normal web site usage is the name of your Internet service provider, the web site you last visited, the pages you request, and the date and time of those requests. You cannot be identified as an individual, and no attempt will be made to do so - ever. The information we gather is used solely to measure site activity and generate generic statistics so we can improve Puckjunkie.com for our customers. During normal web site usage, we do not and will not, collect or store personally identifiable information such as name, mailing address, email address, or phone number.

We will maintain and respect the confidentiality of your personal information and it will be used only to enhance our relationship with you. We will contact you only when you have expressly requested it through subscription, online ordering, feedback or contest entry. Our intention is to send periodic e-mail to our customers and individuals whom we believe have chosen to receive such e-mails through a formal opt-in mechanism. Customers who have chosen to opt-in may choose to opt out at any time for any reason. You always have the right to choose not to receive future Puckjunkie.com communications.

We also keep track of information volunteered during the order and registration processes - and we keep this information confidential. If, for any reason, you would like to be removed from our e-mail list, please contact us. We will give all such requests priority attention.

Puckjunkie.com currently conducts all Internet based financial transactions through the services of PayPal. We have reviewed their privacy policy, and while we have no control over it, we do believe that it conforms to our privacy policy. Should their policy change in any manner, rest assured that we will review it and react accordingly if it is not up to our, or our customers', standards.

Although we are not currently, in the past Puckjunkie.com has used WebTrends Live to analyze traffic to this web site. WebTrends Live does not create individual profiles for visitors. Unlike some tracking services WebTrends Live does not have a database of individual profiles for each visitor. WebTrends Live only collects aggregate data. We have reviewed the WebTrends Live privacy policy and we are comfortable that it conforms to our privacy policy.

Cookies

Puckjunkie.com does not currently use cookies for any purpose on our website other than the Predictor. The Predictor uses session cookies to keep subscribers logged in. If this policy changes in the future, we will post an advisory to that effect in this space. If we were to utilise cookies in the future, the sole use would be to analyze traffic patterns in order to make our website easier to navigate.
